Where can we purchase the products？
We have shops in Akita, Niigata, and Echigo Yuzawa. You can also purchase it at online shops.
Can I purchase products at the Tokyo store or Kyoto store?
We are sorry, but products cannot be purchased at each sales office. However, if you make a reservation for the date and time of your visit in advance, we can prepare the products and show them in person. You can also purchase from our online shop in the same time.
Can I purchase products from overseas?？
We only take credit card payments at our online shop. For wholesale sales, we will ship after payment is confirmed. We do not accept returns of products.
We are a retail store (wholesaler), but do you sell products wholesale?
We can take your order from the site.We have two dedicated wholesale sites.
“Wazakka iten(Wazakka iten)” for order from Japan, “Super delivery” For order from over sea.Please click “New Member Registration” on the top right of the top page, fill out the form, and proceed from the confirmation screen. We will notify you via email after registration is complete.
About wholesale, do you have a minimum lots?
It’s depends on the contracts,terms and conditions of the product. Please complete a new registration from the wholesalers website, “Wazakka iten” at the beginning.
Are you recruiting employees/part-time workers? Also, can foreigners apply to it?
We post the latest information on our website. Please contact the store or sales office directly.
Foreigners must be able to communicate in Japanese with other staffs and customers. A condition for applying is to have a working visa in Japan.
